Apple does it again!

apple screwed me over yet again!  Over the past few months I’ve noticed a few app charges that were not mine because I don’t buy apps and I’m the only on this account.  Two days ago a movie was purchased, so I filled out their stupid complaints form, yet again, having not had resolution on the other three fraudulent charges thinking they would finally notice and do something about it!  They sure did, they disabled my account!!  

Instead of researching the issue on their end and being an ethical responsible corporation that takes care of the customer, they punish the customer!  You know what happens when they disable your account that is tied into all of your apple devices so your shit “works seamlessly” together?  It completely destroys you ability to function on your devices, even when you have another account to switch to!  I have two apple ID’s one from prior to being an apple lover, which I am completely NOT anymore, and the one I received when I purchased my first MacBook Pro in 2009, which I regret.  On your phone, ipad and laptop when you switch user IDs, even though both my IDs are in the stupid ass family share program, nothing works!!!  You can’t buy new apps, you can’t update apps, nothing!  

So I emailed apple again asking why they did this and why they suck so bad now that that idiot Tim Cook is in charge, and they email me back asking if I am satisfied with my fucking service!!!!  

That’s it for me!  I will NEVER buy another apple product again.  If I wanted to be treated like this I would’ve stayed with microsoft, now I guess I’ll switch to samsung.  At least then I’ll know I’m getting the shaft from the get go and not have some bullshit hope that an American company could provide top notch customer service.  I can’t wait for the day when apple shuts down because of the idiots that continually try their best to ruin, I mean run, that company but fail miserably!  Tim Cook is no fucking innovator, neither were the idiots they had come in after Jobs was ousted before!  But keep trying you moron…try your way to a miserable existence as a failed example of American greatness!  apple is the Lehman Brothers of American technology companies!  Too big to fail?  Not likely!

NCAA Tourney Predictions

Okay I will go ahead and say it.  Kentucky will win the NCAA Championship.  There is not a single team that can counter all of the weapons that Kentucky has.  Not a single team can match up with Kentucky.  So lets stop talking about Kentucky.

So besides Kentucky, what other teams can actually make it to the final four?  I will give you a list of 9 teams other then Kentucky that have a chance to make the final four and these 10 teams will be the teams that I follow throughout the tournament.

Wisconsin, Arizona, North Carolina, Duke, Gonzaga, Villanova, Virginia, Louisville, Michigan State

We shall see how these predictions stack up at the end of the tourney!

Maybe if this works out, ESPN will call and give me a job analyzing basketball.  I am totally qualified!  Never played any type of scholastic basketball, but let it be know that I really wanted to!!

Two weeks ago I thought it would be a good idea to signup for the website HourlyNerd.com and it has been a train wreck ever since!  The first job I had was to use a database to find businesses for a company that was looking for IT consulting companies.  I provided a list of over 2,000 companies for Lyon Solutions, the client and they didn’t like the list.  I asked for further guidance and was given very little as to what they really wanted. After a phone call to Randy Miller at hourlynerd he said just to wait until they engaged and that he would reach out to them.  Within a few days nothing had happened still and I sent Randy an email as he instructed telling him that we didn’t get word from the company.  He never responded to my email and just today said he didn’t see it.  I was paid for my time and service, which was nice but still the project was a flop.  

The second of my two projects started yesterday when Coral Gables Energy, wanted to know if their coal plant waste material would make a good fertilizer and what would need to be added to it to make it viable.  We got to work immediately and sent David Schwedel the CEO several questions about his waste, called tailings, which is the byproduct of coal plants that refine coal, and he never responded to any of them.

 Today he emailed us and said he wanted to change consultants and didn’t want to use us anymore.  We spent over eight hours combined on his project and we did a great job communicating with him but the answer we have him he didn’t like.  His sample was laden with metals and was not suitable for a fertilizer product.  He obviously didn’t want to hear that, so he complained.  Again Randy Miller sent me and email and we had a phone conversation about our work.  Randy just sent me an email saying that they weren’t going to pay us for our time since we did not give him a final deliverable, which we did.  Watch out for HourlyNerd.com, I would not recommend them to anyone who is serious about testing out consulting as a freelance consultant because they will give you a horrible taste in your mouth for legitamate consultant work.  We were taken advantage of to the tune of $1500, and that’s not right.  In real consulting, even if the client doesn’t like the outcome, the firm still gets paid!  We are owed $1500 from HourlyNerd!  I will be filing a BBB against them and might take it to their states attorney!  We shall see.

Alright I’m through like season three and starting season four, and this show is awesome!  I can’t believe that I have waited all these years to watch this show.  David Duchovny is a writer/novelist/professor/man whore who constantly seems to fuck away anything that goes his way in life but most of the time it’s not his fault.  See the thing with watching so many episodes in a row is that you pick up on the subtle undertones that a show has.  For instance in this show his baby momma always gives him shit for stuff that wasn’t in his control and instead of standing up to her and saying “Hey fuck you, you didn’t want to be with me anyway you judge mental bitch, so this is what happens when I have a fucking life and you aren’t 100% in it with me!”  I’ve noticed that in several shows women seem to put men down or hold them accountable for shit out of their control in the show and the men roll over like puppy dogs acting like it’s ok to be talked down to for shit beyond their control.  It’s bullshit!  I’m calling you out Hollywood!  You writers are cunts who are trying to make men seem like morons and women seem like judge mental bitches who can’t see the reality for what it is! So maybe that’s why we have so much divorce, expectations in life don’t match the alternate reality we live based upon the movies and tv we watch and get involved in as if it were real life.  Constant bombardment of our psyche with these things has an affect on our behavior for sure.  

Still love the show though!  I wish Duchovny would punch more police officers and get away with it because cops are cunts!

The best part is Kevin Spacey! You have to watch it just for him!

Suburban Propane Company

So in Leonardtown MD where I live we have one propane company that is the absolute worst…suburban propane! These crooks stole $105 out of my checking account AFTER I closed my account with them! Then had the balls to tell me it was my fault! I talked to a customer service rep who was extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all and I have made it very clear that they owe me not just the $105 but also $35 fee for stealing my funds after I closed my account! Then they left their tanks on my lawn for four days after they said they would come get them! So I again told them they owe me $35 per day for storage of their tanks. We shall see what happens! I wonder if I could have the cops arrest someone at the company for the simple fact that they stole my funds?

The Apple Corporation Steals my money!

Getting out of my minivan about a month ago my brand new iPhone 6 fell out of my zip up sweater pocket and hit the ground. A few cracks on the face were present at the top right, bottom left and bottom right corners. Nothing was wrong with the phone. Everything worked as advertised. Until I decided to see about replacing the screen. I took it to the Apple Store in Pentagon City Mall in Alexandria, where I was told it would be $109 to fix the screen because I didn’t have Apple Care+. The cost with apple care+ is $79. So I said ok fine. $109 to get an OEM screen is a hell of a deal! I ah e replaced screens for friends over the years from the original iPhone all the way to the 5s. I know how it works and what the pit falls are of fixing a phone. You could damage the cables inside, if you are a retard with large fingers trying to manhandle the components but if you take your time and go slow, as you would expect an Apple Store repair person to do, you will not cause any damage and repair the phone quickly. The evolution of the insides of the iPhone is something of a marvel. The first phone screens had to be pried off using a suction cup. Then the 4/5 series came out and the back slid off and you had to remove all of the inside components to then remove the screen, very tedious with all the tiny screws. Now again apple is back to suction cupping off the screen. This time however you have to be care of the two cables near the top of the display and also the finger print scanner with the home button. The home button is unique to each iPhone. If you don’t remove it and replace it on the new screen it won’t work. So, back to the story of how apple stole $190 from me. When they took my phone they said it would be 2 hours before I could have it back. In actuality they could’ve just spent five minutes replacing my old screen with a new one and brought that out and told me they “couldn’t get it to calibrate!” Whatever the fuck that means. But, now I owed them $299+tax for a new phone! What the fuck are you talking about?!? I asked the stupid ass retard in the red shirt who thinks they are ultra cool and hip because apple gave them a minimum wage job to steal money from people. They said sorry we wish we could help but that they couldn’t fix it.

The funny thing is, I never signed any agreement with apple, that if they broke or damaged my phone I would be liable for the $299! So I called corporate HQ in Cupertino, and talked with Ryan! A real winner Ryan is by the way(said with heavy loathing sarcasm)! Here is his contact info:

After explaining the situation to him, he said he would call the store and find out what was going on and that he would call me back in an hour or so. Wrong! Three days later he calls me and tells me the same fucking thing that the store told me! Then says he wants to compensate me for my trouble and give me a cheap ass Apple iPhone cover! Ryan says that the store has its own business operation and that at apple corporate they can’t over turn any decision made by the store. Oh and the store manager is another fucking worm named Mike! I watched Mike talk down to another customer seconds before coming over to talk to me, and when the customer left, Mike made faces at the employees of this wretched store as if to say the customer was stupid and didn’t know what he was talking about…guess the product…that’s right another iPhone!

Although I love America and the business that make America strong, this type of robbery is bullshit. I think I should’ve called the police at that point and filed a case against that store for breaking my fully functional phone. Maybe I will….

Here’s to you Apple, may Steve Jobs rest in peace and that new guy running this company into the ground get fired! I guess I’ll have to switch to Microshaft!

I Origins

Just watched the movie I Origins and I must say it was really unique. The premise is a scientist battles the existence of God with scientific evidence but through sight, as in how creatures developed sight and could he recreate or give a creature without this sensory perception the ability to see or have photo responsive cells. Until a terrible tragedy befalls him and then another seemingly tragic event happens which turns out not to be tragic at all, plot twist, then turns into more scientific searching for an answer to the question of reincarnation. The one thing I took away, among other things, was the idea of being able to “see” God. As was discussed in the movie, a certain type of worm only has two senses, touch and smell, that’s it. So to the worm, his whole world is a place without sound and sight, no taste of anything. To me that opens up the mind to more evidence of God, yet we can’t see him because we don’t possess the senses to do so.

I battle back and forth the existence of God, but I always land on faith and experience that solidify my belief in God the father, the son and the Holy Spirit. Believe it or not is up to you, I for one am convinced until it is proven otherwise and science cannot do that. Don’t get me wrong, I love what science is doing and the fact that people use it as an excuse to be different in their beliefs but for my soul and eternal existence, I leave that to the creator.

I’m not sure what the big deal about this movie is. I just watched it and to me it’s just another movie. What I will never get is how people take things to this degree over something that is made up. North Koreans are who they are, if they wanted to revolt they could and would. Is it no different than living here under our “laws” which are all written by rich people who lobby to have something pushed through because they paid for the congressman/senator/president to be in power as a puppet? We live here under the thumb of murdering cops, just like Germans did under Hitler, yet only a small number of Americans had a essentially nonviolent protest. When there is enough push in the wrong direction we will fight back but that is not how the leaders of this country conduct business. They slow roll us over decades with bigger plans and long term strategy on keeping Americans working in factories and watching football eating chicken wings. This happens in every country on the planet and will always happen!! Get over the idea that we are free cause we ain’t!! We are all trapped in the cycle that has been created for us!

My advice to people who get offended by movies or cartoons of Muhammad….get over yourselves, truly no one give a giant goat fuck!!

I think our President and members who are responsible for the safe guarding of our homeland who have allowed Ebola into this country knowingly should all be fired or impeached because of their inability or unwillingness to act to protect our country against all enemies! Including those who have now infected our people with one of the deadliest virus known to man! How do we know that Duncan wasn’t a terrorist? He sure exhibits the traits of one!! Lying to get into the country, knowingly being exposed to Ebola and then infecting our people! We need to shut all boarders now before it’s too late! Now that it’s here and another nurse has been infected it won’t be long before another then another. What happens when all of the healthcare workers are sick or dead? What happens when no one will go near those who are infected? For Christ’s sake the disposal company of Duncan’s biohazard wouldn’t even pick up his disease ridden waste! Just wait, it is going to get much much worse because Americans in charge aren’t taking this serious, if they were they wouldn’t let another person in this country from any region that has known cases of Ebola! It’s not Americas fault this disease exists so why should we now be faced with choosing between letting those who have the disease in our country who have been exposed vs being politically nice? Eh, I don’t know about this bed. Definitely too firm. So the question is how long does it take to break in a mattress?

My limbs don’t fall asleep like they did on the tempurpedic which is a win. My lower back isn’t in pain like before. I feel mentally ok, not that refreshed though. I think I need to start going to be sooner rather than later that might help.

Still on the fence about it but I do think we need a pillowtop. If we had that right now it would be perfect because it would provide that little extra snuggyness that is missing. But would it be better to return this one for $250 and get that one or just buy a topper myself? I think I would prefer the pillowtop but as the mattress breaks in, we could just take the topper off and then we’d be all set! I’ll probably let the Admiral decide, she’s the driving force behind this mattress.

Last night was not so peaceful. Body still aches in the morning. I think we need a topper or pillow top mattress.

On another note, if you were wondering if Saatva was a great customer service company, they are not! I cancelled my order last week and so they should’ve not charged me for the mattress. But this morning I was checking my email and say my electric bill was declined. Thinking there was no way that could happen, I had thousands of dollars in there. Well Saatva took $1688 of my money illegally because the product never changed hands. And according to standard rules and practices they are not allowed to take payment until they have taken their product off the truck and I have signed for it. I called to inquire as to why they have taken payment on this item and the jackass on the phone blamed me for the order. To which I said no fucker it’s your fault because I don’t have an item but you have my fucking money! He then said, so you want to reorder your mattress? I fucking lost it! I then got to speak to Alex the GM. He was nice but the damage to the company has already been done!! I’ll never give Saatva the time of day or recommend them to anyone! Also when I cancelled I wrote some douchebag at Saatva and let him know I would be buying a simmons. He replied like a true asshole and said good luck with your simmons….fuck you!

Anyway, we will see what tonight holds!

Last night according to my sleep tight app I got the best nights sleep I’ve had over the days I’ve used the app to track sleep, what they call a 77% quality sleep night.

Could be for two reasons, one we got busy before going to sleep and the other no kids kicking me at night. My body aches this morning, namely my neck and spine. My arms feel like they’ve been punched as well. No I am thinking we should’ve bought the pillow-top version of this mattress.

I don’t feel like I got a great nights sleep I feel tired. I want more sleep. Maybe this is the process for my body to get used to the bed and in 12 more nights I’ll sleep like a dead person.

I will say, innerspring mattresses are far superior for sex than foam mattresses that don’t allow you to get the rebound effect. My biggest complaint about the tempurpedic mattresses is the ability to have great sex.

So for the past 9 years I have slept on a tempurpedic mattress, the first 7 of the 9 on the allurabed then the past two years on the cloud luxe supreme. I thought both were great mattresses to a point. Over time my body would develop aches and pains on the allurabed so we thought buying a new version of tempurpedic mattress might help. I bought the cloud because at the time it was rated as the best customer satisfied bed and I loved the feel of it in the store. Two years later after losing a substantial amount of weight I developed severe lower back pain almost to the point of not being able to move when I got up.

So, the quest to find a mattress is on! Our first stop is the simmons beautyrest world class Shakespeare recharge….yeah the titles of these beds are stupid!!! Basically simmons makes the same model with slight variations so that companies like Sleepys can claim to give 20% the lowest price you can find or it’s free, but all their stupid beds are made for them alone!!! The Shakespeare, Annapolis or manorville are all the same bed, with one variation or another, making it impossible for you to get a 20% discount! Mattress sellers are worse than used car dealerships in my opinion. When you walk into one of those places, some scumbag inevitably strolls up and gives you the song and dance about how he is a “sleep expert” and how you as a customer don’t know shit about what you need until he tells you. This industry should be ashamed of itself!! The three places I’ve been in recently are mattress Discounters, sleepys(same company as mattress Discounters by the way) and mattress warehouse. All of them filled with salesman I would trust to watch my dog!

Anyway, I decided to buy a Saatva mattress online because why the hell not? Well then sleepys offered free delivery and box springs and a discount on the Simmons the wife wanted so I cancelled the Saatva and ordered the Simmons, online through sleepys, no scumbag salesman! The best thing going about that right now, got the mattress delivered the next morning!!! Scumbag salesman at sleepys told me two days ago that I couldn’t get a mattress delivered until next week! Yet last night I slept on the new mattress. Well, I didn’t sleep that much. For whatever reason the wife brought the three year old into bed with us who just kicked the shit out of me all night long.

The inital feel of this bed was ok. After my first nights sleep, I am not recharged. The comfort level is the luxury plush, so it has all the fancy air gel cooling crap and 1000+coils. It still makes my body ache this morning. My back most of all, right in the middle. I have a sleep tight app on my phone that measures my sleeping quality, I got about five minutes of REM sleep four time last night. Not the best sleep.

So I am going to be writing posts daily on this bed over the next 14 days at least, to determine if we should keep it or return it. It’s $249.99 to return it. $99.99 for the delivery guys to come get it and $150 for them to burn it, or so they say, I doubt that’s what they do very much!!! They probably make this the showroom bed then resell the showroom bed as “opened item” claiming that it was new when they put it out there. The scumbag salesman at Sleepys said that the charge was just $99 to have the mattress taken away, didn’t mention the $150 burn fee. The lady at sleepys who arranged delivery told me about that, so buying online from them seems to cut out all the bullshit you get from their in-store shit show.

I feel like I should’ve stuck with the Saatva. It was $310 more though. If this Simmons still sucks after 14 days, Saatva is getting a reorder from me!!
